Akshat is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with over 5 years of consulting experience in the field of Tax & Transaction Structuring and worked at Dhruva Advisors LLP prior to joining Aurtus Consulting. His area of practice includes Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Tax, Corporate Law, Foreign exchange regulations and allied laws.

During his career span, he has advised clients on group restructuring, internal re-organizations, corporate tax planning and optimization, succession planning, FEMA and SEBI advisory etc. He has worked extensively with clients across sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Infrastructure, FMCG, Financial Services, IT/ITeS etc. He enjoys traveling, listening to music and watching movies.
