Jay is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate. He has worked with clients across diverse industries ranging from Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Technology etc.
Jay has significant experience in the areas of M&A, business restructuring, succession planning, structures involving inbound and outbound investments. He regularly contributes articles on tax topics in various professional journals etc.
