Shrujal has over 11 years of experience in the field of Tax & Regulatory services. Prior to Aurtus Consulting, he was working at Dhruva Advisors, a leading tax and regulatory firm in India. Before Dhruva, he was associated with KPMG, a global accounting and audit firm and Nexdigm (SKP). He has worked with clients across industries ranging from Real Estate, Manufacturing, IT / ITES, Pharmaceuticals, Education etc.
Shrujal has worked on M&A transactions, Corporate reorganizations, Family succession matters, Charitable Organization matters and regulatory issues. He has also handled litigation assignments and assignments involving inbound and outbound investments. In his free time, Shrujal loves playing cricket, watching F1 and is a travel buff.
