Experience

Tejas has 9 years of experience in the field of Income Tax & Transaction Structuring. Prior to joining Aurtus Consulting, he was associated with Dhruva Advisors LLP, a well-known tax and regulatory firm in India. Prior to Dhruva Advisors, he was associated with KPMG, one of the big four global tax and accounting firm. He has worked on diverse assignments which include group restructuring, cross border advisory, succession planning, transaction structuring, FEMA and corporate law advisory. 

Tejas caters to clients across industries ranging from Infrastructure, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, to Tech start-ups and family offices. He has delivered lectures at Chartered Accountants Association, and study circles. Tejas is a globetrotter, loves dancing and enjoys reading in his free time.
