Vrinda is a Chartered Accountant, with experience in corporate taxation, international tax strategies, FEMA compliance, and M&A tax planning. She has assisted on structuring tax-efficient investment vehicles, supporting end-to-end due diligence for cross-border transactions, and assisting in navigating regulatory approvals under evolving tax and FEMA frameworks.

During her articleship, she gained hands-on experience in corporate tax advisory, compliance, litigation support, and treaty interpretation. She also contributed to drafting submissions before appellate authorities and worked closely on assessments and appeal matters, which laid the foundation for her understanding of tax law and litigation. With a strong focus on continuous learning, she actively keeps herself updated on changes in tax treaties, FEMA regulations, and compliance developments.
